Resource Balance Analysis has been developed by Anne Goelzer (MIAT) and Vincent Fromion (Biosys) at INRAE. RBApy has mainly been developed by Stephan Fischer, Ana Bulović, and Anne Goelzer. RBAtools has been developed by Oliver Bodeit.

If you use RBApy for your research, please cite our article Bulović A. et al. (2019), Metabolic Engineering, 55, 12-22. We will be happy to add your RBA models to our model repository on GitHub and publish your RBA related code (for example, simulation studies in the form of Jupyter Notebooks) on our website.
